    GeoComm’s technical experts help ensure you receive efficient support and evolving software to meet the industry’s changing needs.  By investing in quality software support and maintenance, you can be at ease knowing GeoComm is here to assist with software concerns and resolve software issues quickly.

    Through an annual software support and maintenance agreement, GeoComm will:

    • Provide you with regular service packs resolving reported issues or feature enhancements
    • Review and incorporate selected enhancement requests to ensure the software continues to evolve to meet your needs
    • Accept unlimited toll-free calls, e-mails, and faxes related to any software concern during regular business hours
    • Have available a team of responsive, knowledgeable Technical Support Analysts to provide one-on-one emergency support outside regular business hours
    • Respond to you within four hours or less during regular business hours

    GeoComm’s GIS Maintenance Support Team understands that keeping GIS map data current, accurate, and regularly incorporated into a public safety system is just as important as the initial investment in the data layers.  With proper and efficient maintenance, you are assured that lives are not put in jeopardy because of outdated or inaccurate GIS map data.  Our GIS Maintenance Support Team is focused on keeping your GIS map data current, accurate, and provide you with the best customer service available.  They work collaboratively to fulfill your maintenance service requests and produce the highest quality of GIS services.

  • Project Management Approach

    GeoComm is committed to the success of our customer’s projects and uses formal project management processes based on industry effective practices to plan, formalize, and document our projects. All GeoComm projects are assigned a Project Manager, some of whom are certified Project Management Professionals (PMP) through the Project Management Institute (PMI).  PMP certification is a globally recognized and demanded credential that demonstrates our company’s commitment to the professional skills necessary to lead project teams and achieve successful project results. GeoComm’s Project Managers have extensive experience working with large, complex projects and possess the knowledge and skills required to bring projects to successful completion.

  • Project Implementation

    At GeoComm our goal is to have a well communicated project implementation plan with our customers.  Once the GIS data setup is complete, our project team prepares the system for implementation completing a variety of testing tasks to ensure implementation runs smoothly.  Once the testing tasks are complete, our project team coordinates an agreeable time for on-site implementation services and training.  Our goal is to schedule the system implementation when it is least disruptive to your existing, on-going operations.
